IN GENERAL: 

You can read all of Dagny's reviews, but they get pretty monotonous--all are uniformly ecstatic about looks and service. To that, I would add that she excels at maintaining client contact--your PM will be answered promptly, and I presume the same is true for pager/phone contact.
